For the safety of the entire organization, the building complies with all requirements established by official bodies regarding fire prevention. In addition to these requirements, we have a dedicated escape staircase that is properly signposted and easily accessible from any point in the hotel. All areas are monitored by a series of smoke detectors connected to a new digital control panel located at reception, allowing for early detection of fire sources. Additionally, manual emergency buttons have been installed for public access to notify reception of any emergency event. It is at the receptionist's discretion whether to use the passenger evacuation sirens.

We also offer a 24-hour medical emergency system at no additional charge, which has always been reliable. Furthermore, all staff have been trained in first aid and fire safety to assist guests if necessary. We have a security camera system monitored from reception.

The building is equipped with two hydraulic elevators, which make them safer and quieter to use.
